The kit contains the three parts that wear in the tray’s paper feed:

• Pickup roller assembly: draws paper from the tray.
• Separation pad assembly: holds back extra sheets so only one is fed.
• Tension spring: keeps the right pressure on the pad.

The rubber of the roller and pad glazes, hardens and wears with use.
